About Us

Nabeela D'souza is a certified cosmetic formulator and an aromatherapist with a strong foundation and a deep passion for creating nature-based wellness products that combine traditional wisdom with modern formulation science. She is the founder of Conscious Living Aromas, an aromatherapy-based personal care and wellness brand. Alongside this, she co-runs a women-led, licensed third-party cosmetics manufacturing unit through which she collaborates with small and mid-sized businesses to launch or scale their own brands by translating their vision into market-ready products by offering an end-to-end ecosystem for consultation, formulation, sampling, testing, manufacturing, labelling and packaging.

Unlike large-scale factories, this unit operates on a small-batch, ethical production model — employing women from the local bioregion, crafting most products by hand with limited and sustainable use of machinery. Every formulation is guided by a commitment to natural and naturally derived ingredients, minimal processing, and responsible sourcing.
