Refund, cancellation, return & exchange

Dear Customer

We do not accept returns after delivery. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.consciouslivingaromas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution either through a refund excluding the shipping charges which is processed within 7 business days or by sending you another item by charging you for shipping costs only, as applicable or send you the refund that will be credited to your account in seven business days after being processed by us.
